Our home – a human resources hothouse

We are a small, close-knit team of HR specialists headquartered in Shenzhen, just across the border from Hong Kong.

Working in China is very exciting – it has been the fastest growing place on the planet during the past 20 years.

China is booming because many companies (both big and not-so-big) find it more cost-effective to manufacture here than anywhere else.

Setting up a business in China can definitely be rewarding. But it's risky too. The biggest risk comes from issues with your team.

Of course, there is a lot of great talent in China. We launched China HR Insight in 2005 to help companies benefit from it.
